FAT BURNING DIET

This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed it will clear your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17lbs. You will have an abundance of energy.

This diet is fast and fat burning, and it will flush your system of impurities, and gives you a feeling of well being. NO drinking alcohol on his diet!

Because everyone’s digestive system is different for several days you may find that your bowel movements have changed.. Eat a cup of bran or fibre.

The fat-burning soup can be eaten anytime that you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish. Remember, the more you eat, the more you will lose. You can eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (absolutely no skin on the chicken!).

ANY PRESCRIBED MEDICATION WILL NOT HURT YOU ON THIS DIET

NO, NO, NO, bread or alcohol, carbonated beverages (including soft drinks of any kind) fried foods or oils.

YES, YES, YES, drink plenty of water (at least 6-8 glasses) along with any combination of the following; black coffee, unsweetened tea, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.

This diet is from the SACRED HEART MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. It is used in their cardiac unit for overweight patients to lose weight prior to surgery.

BASIC SOUP

2 cans tomatoes

1 bunch shallots

1 large can Campbell’s beef or chicken broth (consommé)

1 pkt french onion soup

1 bunch of celery

500g fresh green beans

2 green capsicums

1 kg carrots

2 beef or chicken stock cubes
Cut vegies into small pieces, put into a very large saucepan and cover with water. Add all the ingredients. Boil until vegies are very soft. Put soup into a blender. Don’t blend too much but make the mixture smooth.

This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will add no calories; the more you eat the more weight you will lose.
SEVEN DAY PLAN

DAY 1

Eat any fruit except bananas. Eat only fruit and soup all day.

DAY 2

Eat all vegies except potatoes. Stay away from dried beans, peas or corn.

Eat vegies along with soup.

At dinner, have a large baked potato with butter.

DAY 3

Eat all the soup, fruit and vegies you want. NO potatoes today.

By the morning on day 4 you should have lost between 2 and 3 kgs.

DAY 4

Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can along with the soup. You need carbohydrates and potassium today.

DAY 5

Beef or chicken fillet (one or the other, not both) and tomatoes.

Eat 250g to 500g of meat today and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes today. Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY 6

Beef and vegies; eat beef and vegies to your hearts content today.

You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegies.

No baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

DAY 7

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegies.

Again, be sure to stuff yourself with the soup!
